Lobster buoys and their reflection on the water.  The back bays of Nova Scotia are full of such scenes.  Pick any working harbor and you can find compositions like these.  We were able to drive right up to, and in many cases, onto the piers in every harbor we visited.  On many days we ate snacks and lunches we had packed right on the piers watching boats go in and out.

The Das-Say is located in the harbor near Sanford Nova Scotia.  This harbor is home to what the Nova Scotia website calls the world’s smallest operating drawbridge.
