Crashing Surf on the Ke’anae Peninsula

This is where we ate our afternoon snack on the return trip from Hana. The star of our snack was from Aunty Sandy’s Banana Bread.

People travel to Sedona, AZ, to experience the mysterious cosmic forces that are said to emanate from the red rocks. I have visited the Sedona vortexes, and the crashing surf Ke’anae Peninsula is way more conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration than any vortex.
