Elusive Red House On The Coast

This is one of the most anticipated photography locations of our Newfoundland Road Trip. I know, hard to believe, but I had seen many outstanding images during my pre-trip planning. Amazingly, I was never able to find the exact location of this house, but had narrowed it down to the vicinity of Tors Cove. The exact location is provided below.

Here is one example of the image (click here). If you google “Newfoundland Red House” you will see many more images. Unfortunately, I don’t think you can get this image anymore. There was a fence across the road blocking many of the composition points, and lots of trash strewn about the lot (I photoshopped these out).

Regardless, the little coast road outside Tors Cove is a wonderful place to visit.
