Breathtaking Cali Life in Four Tile Panels

This is the entrance to the San Diego Automotive Museum at Balboa Park. I am guessing there is some point in time during the year when all four panels are evenly lit (one could use Photopills to find that date and time). On the other hand, a good overcast day would also provide even lighting. I had neither even lighting nor overcast skies the day I visited.
