Ghoulish Guard Shack at the Lunatic Asylum

This is a guard post overlooking one of the activity rooms at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. The back-lighting in of the door and bars makes for glowing, saturated greens and blues.

The photography tour had a half-day in the surrounding buildings. We could have used a full day and still not fully explored the photographic possibilities in these buildings.
