Solving the Mystery of the Dragon Fruit

This is the inside of a dragon fruit we bought at one of Maui’s farmers markets. Most of the images we saw when we googled dragon fruit showed a white inside. We were a bit leery of this one because it was red, but it tasted pretty good to most of our party.
