I am not a food photographer, but something like this needs to be seen to be believed. This is the Polynesian Black Pearl from Momma’s Fish House on Maui. It consists of Hawaiian Chocolate Mousse and Passion Fruit. While the dish gets mixed reviews on various blogs, there is no arguing about the spectacular presentation.
