Double Arch – Arches National Park

Yikes!! Another iPhone snapshot taken on the same vacation with a group of non-photographers as in the previous post.  Double Arch is one of THE places to photograph in Arches National Park.  Of course, traveling with non-photographers one does not get to such a place an hour before sunrise.  This image was taken at 11 AM, so the light was just starting to turn on me.On the other hand, if I did get there for sunrise, I would not have the people in the snapshot, so the viewer would not appreciate the immense size of this arch.  Then again, that is what my wife is for!
