This image is an example of why photographers will spend hours at the same place.  Compare this image of the <a href=\"https:\/\/balboapark.org\/attractions-experiences\/california-tower-balboa-park\/\" title=\"\">California Tower<\/a> to one taken earlier in the day (<a href=\"https:\/\/scottshawphotography.com\/?p=3862\" title=\"\">click here<\/a>).
