This is where we ate our afternoon snack on the return trip from Hana. The star of our snack was from Aunty Sandy’s Banana Bread<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

People travel to Sedona, AZ, to experience the mysterious cosmic forces<\/a> that are said to emanate from the red rocks. I have visited the Sedona vortexes, and the crashing surf Ke\u2019anae Peninsula is way more conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration than any vortex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
