The drive from Silver City to the Gila Cliff dwellings winds through the Gila National Forest along Route 15. Along the way you pass this sign for Lake Roberts. I love running across such signs that have lots of interesting patterns and colors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the haphazard clutter behind the sign (especially that large tree!) prevents the sign from being the clear cut subject of this image. That is a shame as I really like the turquoise trim along the upper boards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oh well, another miss…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
