Looking at the entire rail car, it doesn&#8217;t look too bad; a little paint scrapping, sanding, and paint, and it would be functional.  Then you get to the right side of the car and you can see right through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess the National Park Service can&#8217;t save them all.
