Okay, maybe these are not jazz hands, but they sure were semi-creepy. There was a whole table of these things at the Brimfield Antique Show.
The table o’hands was located in a tent, and getting more of them in the frame was challenging. The more hands you included, the more of the bright background outside the tent you included. This made the exposure challenging, not to mention having obnoxious bright spots in your image.
I went ahead centered the image on the two blue hands and included as many background hands as I could.

If you are planning a trip to western Massachusetts, be sure to check the calendar for the Brimfield Antique Show. Besides being an antique paradise, this town is a photographers delight. My wife and I spent two hours there before the rain drove us off. During that time we only covered a few blocks of the antique show. There is so much to see, and so many photographic opportunities, that I feel a need to go back and spend at least a full day plus some there.
Here are some bobbin spools that were sitting in a box. Being old and essentially monochrome, these bobbins just screamed to be converted to black and white. The conversion was done quickly in Silver Efex Pro, part of the Google Nik Collection.
